No, DJI Go is not compatible with Mavic Mini. To fly this small drone, you need to use different DJI app called DJI Fly.

The max flight height for Mavic Mini is 120 m by default. But that limit can be increased to 500 m by changing the settings in the DJI Fly app. The max takeoff altitude is 3000 m.
